Your first Muay Thai or Boxing class should feel clear before it starts

Walk in 15 minutes early, meet our coach, and learn what will happen in the room. Then try a free class built around fundamentals, pace, and guidance for beginners.

★ STB’s 8-Class Beginner Onboarding Path includes:

Stance, guard, movement, striking basics, primary defense, breathing, & confidence inside the class.

The Emotional Barrier

The first visit is usually the hardest part

People delay booking because they do not know what walking into a martial arts gym for the first time actually feels like.

STB REMOVES THE GUESSWORK:
Our coach greets you at the door, explains everything in advance, wraps your hands, and helps you begin comfortably at your dynamic, individual starting point.

Select a question to see how we help:

Will I be the only new person?

Absolutely not. We have local beginners starting their journey every single week. Our Fundamentals classes are structured specifically so that new students are never left behind or singled out.

Will the class move too fast?

We train at your pace. If you need to catch your breath, adjust your wraps, or take a sip of water, you do so. Coaches constantly monitor the floor to adjust the tempo for beginners.

Will I have to spar?

Never in your early stages. Sparring is 100% voluntary and restricted ONLY to advanced students who have mastered defense, train with mouthguards/shinguards, and have gotten explicit coach approval.

Will everyone be watching me?

Everyone in the room is highly focused on their own heavy bags, hand wraps, footwork, and combinations. STB is a supportive, zero-ego community where students actively help each other grow.
